Embassy comes closer to you - San Francisco

Dear citizens,

From 12 to 13 December 2018, the Consular officer of the Embassy will have a business field trip to San Francisco, CA during which he will provide consular assistance and services to Moldovan citizens who need passports, Moldovan ID cards, power of attorney, Emergency Travel Documents, etc.

Please be advised that an appointment(s) is/are mandatory. These can be scheduled ONLY on-line through:

When applying for an identity card, applicants are required to submit 2 identical 4 x 6 inch (100x150 mm) color photographs on a white background, face, portrait, and 2 identical (2 x 2 inch) photos with the same features.

All papers have to submitted in the original and copies. At the same time, all consular fees will be paid with "Money Order (s)", payble for the "Embassy of Moldova". More information on the consular services provided by the Embassy can be accessed on the Embassy's website at the following address:

Passports and National IDs are personally picked-up at the Embassy. However, documents may be shipped with a prepaid USPS envelope - priority mail (with tracking number), if the applicant brings it on the date of application. In this case, the applicant will send back to Embassy the receipt(s) for passport shipment.
